Delivery Partner
All orders are shipped with DHL Express, ensuring fast, trackable, and secure delivery worldwide.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- If an item is out of stock or on pre-order, processing and delivery may take longer. We’ll notify you by email, text, or WhatsApp if this affects your order.
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation with your DHL tracking number.
Delivery Times
- UK Delivery: 1–3 business days.
- International Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Duties & Taxes

Return Policy
We hope you love your ONWAVE pieces. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items as outlined below.
Online Purchases
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Once approved, you’ll have 14 more days to send your items back to us.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Earrings, underwear, and intimate apparel
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear or missing original tags/packaging
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Standard delivery costs are refunded (express/next-day shipping is non-refundable).
- Please allow up to 14 working days after we receive your item for the refund to be processed.
In-Store Purchases
- Eligible for exchange only within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Refunds are not offered for in-store purchases.
- Faulty items are covered by UK statutory rights (refund, repair, or replacement).
