Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

    All ONWAVE orders are shipped with DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery.

  • UK Orders: Arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or stock availability. If there are any unexpected delays (e.g. out of stock or pre-order items), we will notify you by email, text, or WhatsApp.

Yes — for online purchases, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our full Return Policy for details.
  • Online orders: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return
    the item for a refund and place a new order.
  • In-store purchases: You may exchange an item within 7 days of purchase.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You can email onwave.contact@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at 07777 928 547 with your order number and a photo of the issue.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it. Please email or call/WhatsApp us as soon as possible.
Only full-priced items are eligible for return. Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the amount to appear in your account.
