  • If an item is out of stock or on pre-order, processing and delivery times may take longer. Customers will be notified by email, text, or WhatsApp if this affects their order.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with your DHL tracking number.

Delivery Times

  • UK Delivery (via DHL Express): 1–3 business days.
    International Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on destination.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Duties & Taxes
