Shipping Information

Delivery Partner

All orders are shipped with DHL Express, ensuring fast, trackable, and secure delivery worldwide.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• If an item is out of stock or on pre-order, processing and delivery may take longer. We’ll notify you by email, text, or WhatsApp if this affects your order.
• Once dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation with your DHL tracking number.

Delivery Times

• UK Delivery: 1–3 business days.
• International Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Duties & Taxes

• UK Orders: VAT is included in the final price.
• International Orders: Local customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by DHL upon delivery if applicable.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. ONWAVE cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

Return Policy

We hope you love your ONWAVE pieces. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items as outlined below.

Online Purchases

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Once approved, you’ll have 14 more days to send your items back to us.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Earrings, underwear, and intimate apparel
• Final sale or clearance items
• Items showing signs of wear or missing original tags/packaging

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Standard delivery costs are refunded (express/next-day shipping is non-refundable).
• Please allow up to 14 working days after we receive your item for the refund to be processed.

In-Store Purchases

• Eligible for exchange only within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• Refunds are not offered for in-store purchases.
• Faulty items are covered by UK statutory rights (refund, repair, or replacement).
